OWNER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Jonathan has been building for over a decade and his passion for what he does shines through in each project. He started in Rock Hill, SC working under his father before moving to Charleston to work with the largest privately held builder in the United States. He earned his reputation here on Daniel Island, making a name for himself through his consistent customer focus. JG Homes + Construction was born in early 2019 with the same laser-focus on his homeowners, their dreams, and making them a reality.
Karlie kinard
PROJECT MANAGER
Karlie has rounded out the JGHC team perfectly as she has been in the construction industry for five years in Charleston. She started in new construction warranty for a national private home builder. She later moved to project management in renovation and remodeling in historic downtown Charleston. She is thrilled to be a part of the JGHC team thrives to facilitate an exciting and communicative build process from start to finish for all her clients.
